Cenkos Securities PLC - London-based stockbroker - Julian Morse receives approval from UK Financial Conduct Authority to take over as chief executive officer from Jim Durkin. The appointment was first announced back in December, and Morse will assume the role following the company's annual general meeting on Wednesday next week. Morse was head of the Growth Companies Team at Cenkos.

Feedback PLC - Hires Anesh Patel as chief financial officer of trading subsidiary Feedback Medical Ltd, effective immediately. Patel replaces Lindsay Melvin. He joins from hVIVO Ltd, a subsidiary of AIM-listed Open Orphan PLC.

Henry Boot PLC - Sheffield-based property development and construction - Simon Carr retires as managing director of Henry Boot Construction, replaced by Tony Shaw, currently director of the business. Giles Boot retires as MD of Banner Plant, replaced by Jonathan Fisher. Fisher joins Henry Boot from Elliot, part of the Modulaire Group Co.

Empresaria Group PLC - Crawley, West Sussex-based specialist staffing - Hires Julie Smith as regional CEO for UK & Europe, joining from Volt Consulting Group, where she was vice president of Operations. Also hires Rafael Moyano as regional CEO for Asia-Pacific. Moyano joins from Zurich-based staffing firm Adecco Group AG.

Christie Group PLC - London-based professional services firm - Hires Andrew Doyle as independent non-executive director, starting June 1. Doyle is executive chair of compliance service provider NorthRow Ltd and mobile app marketing firm Kumulos Ltd and is non-executive director of Kaplan Polska Ltd.

Brave Bison Group PLC - London-based social media and marketing - Promotes Director of Growth Theo Green to board as executive director.
