23rd Jul 2025 18:05

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and Monday, and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Crimson Tide PLC - Kent, England-based process management software developer - Promotes Interim Chief Operating Officer Jon Clarke to chief executive officer, effective immediately. Clarke joined Crimson Tide as interim COO in October, having previously been interim COO at artificial intelligence start up The Future Fox since June, 2024. He also worked in the past at ITV PLC.

----------

Global Connectivity PLC - Isle of Man-based broadband provider to rural areas in the UK - Executive Chair Keith Harris joines the board of Plug Group Ltd as non-executive chair, with effect from July 21. Global Connectivity currently holds 87,500 ordinary shares in 'PLUG', representing a 7.0% stake. It is the cable network infrastructure project developer's "third-largest shareholder and the largest non-founder investor". Harris says: "PLUG offers a rare convergence of global environmental need and commercial opportunity through its innovative copper recovery solution. I am delighted to join the board at this critical juncture as the business scales operations across multiple territories. My focus will be on ensuring that PLUG's growth is matched by prudent governance, disciplined execution, and value creation for all stakeholders."

----------

Aurrigo International PLC - Coventry, England-based provider of transport technology solutions - Announces that Aviation Technology Executive Director Lewis Girdwood is resigning "in order to pursue other business interests", effective from November 10. Girdwood became a board member at the time of Aurrigo's admission to AIM in 2022, and prior to becoming an executive was a non-executive and audit chair. His current role will be assumed by Chief Executive Officer David Keene and Chair Andrew Cornish. "David has been actively involved in shaping the division's roadmap and engaging with major customers since IPO, while Andrew brings extensive aviation experience," Aurrigo says.

----------

Naked Wines PLC - Norwich, England-based online wine seller - Promotes Jack Pailing to non-executive chair with immediate effect, after a recruitment process "led by an external executive search firm". Pailing has been senior independent director since March 31. Deirdre Runnette, who served as interim chair, will return to her senior independent director role and continue as a non-executive director. "Jack brings a deep understanding of Naked Wines' strategy and operations, as well as significant experience in governance and capital markets," the company says. "His appointment provides continuity in leadership as the Group continues to execute the New Strategic Plan that it presented at its Strategy Event in March 2025."

----------

Benchmark Holdings PLC - Sheffield, England-based aquaculture biotechnology company - Announces several board changes which will take effect on the date of its de-listing, currently expected on or around August 15, or on August 31, whichever is later. Patrick Waty is named CEO, succeeding Trond Williksen. Pierre Hugo will join as chief financial officer, succeeding Septima Maguire who stepped down on June 30.
