EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Frasers managing director for Sport steps back

14th Oct 2024 11:26

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Friday and Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Frasers Group PLC - Shirebrook, England-based owner of the Sports Direct, Frasers and Flannels retail chains - Ger Wright will step down as managing director of Sport at the end of November but remain on the Frasers board as a non-executive director. Wright has been with Frasers only since 2022, but Frasers says she "made a significant contribution to the execution of the group's elevation strategy", including introducing new Running and Outdoor concepts and onboarding new brands.

----------

All Things Considered Group PLC - London-based music talent management, live booking and livestreaming - Hires Deborah Lovegrove as chief financial officer, a board position, starting immediately. Most recently, Lovegrove was CFO of Made Tech Group PLC, an AIM-listed technology consultancy. She replaces Rameses Villanueva on the All Things Considered board, as he moves to the role of group finance director.

----------

PCI-PAL PLC - Ipswich, Suffolk secure payment solutions - Confirms that Ryan Murray starts on Monday as chief financial officer and executive director, his appointment having been announced back in July. Murray joins from fellow AIM listing FD Technologies PLC, where he was head of corporate finance, among other finance roles. PCI-PAL has not yet released its results for the financial year that ended June 30, saying last month that they would be released around October 22 after a delay in the audit process. At the the time, PCI-PAL said it expected to report an adjusted pretax loss of about GBP600,000 on revenue of about GBP18 million. It said financial 2025 had started well with new business sales ahead of a year before.

----------

Regional REIT Ltd - real estate investment trust investing in UK regional office centres - Senior Independent Director Daniel Taylor will leave the board on Tuesday, having been on the board for nine years, replaced by Independent Non-Executive Director Massy Larizadeh. Regional REIT says it has started to look for a replacement for Non-Executive Chair Kevin McGrath, who also is approaching the nine-year term limit set by the company.
