(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Fermi Inc - Texas-based real estate investment trust, focused on data centres - Appoints Rob Masson as chief financial officer, Jacobo Ortiz as chief operating officer, and Anna Bofa as chief commercial officer, effective from Wednesday. In a filing with the US Securities & Exchange Commission, Fermi says the appointments were made on Monday. Bofa and Ortiz will continue as co-chairs of the 'interim office of the CEO'. The appointment of the new company officers follows the departure of Toby Neugebauer as chief executive officer and Miles Everson as CFO. Earlier this month, Fermi said Neugebauer's "proxy campaign" to call a special meeting of shareholders had ended. Neugebauer co-founded Fermi with Rick Perry, a former Texas state governor and US energy secretary. Back in May, Fermi announced the termination of Neugebauer's contract, citing "conduct in violation of the terms of such agreement and of company policies".

Victrex PLC - Lancashire, England-based polymer solutions provider for automotive, aerospace, energy & industrial, electronics, and medical markets - CFO Ian Melling will leave the company on July 31. Victrex provides no reason for Melling's departure, which comes seven months after James Routh took over as CEO. Victrex says the search for a new CFO is in progress, and it will provide an update on interim finance leadership "shortly". Also leaving the company on July 31 are Michael Koch, managing director of Sustainable Solutions, Jane Brisley, general counsel, and Andrew Hanson, director of investor relations. Victrex says it "continues to strengthen its leadership for the next phase of the company's growth journey". Routh says he will set out strategy and priorities at a capital markets day scheduled for September 24.

Comptoir Group PLC - London-based owner and operator of Lebanese and Middle Eastern inspired restaurants - James Fisher will step down as finance director on October 30. He will be replaced by Nathan Portelli, currently head of Finance.

Rank Group PLC - Maidenhead, England-based gaming operator and owner of Grosvenor Casino and Mecca Bingo - Senior Independent Director Karen Whitworth will leave the board on August 31, timed to be after Rank's annual results, which are due on August 13. Whitford has been on the board since 2019 and has been senior director since 2022. She led the search for a new chair, with John Ott in place since November, and took part in the confirmation of former CFO Richard Harris as CEO earlier this month. A search for Whitford's replacement has begun, Rank says.

Helios Towers PLC - London-based telecommunications tower owner - David Wassong will remain a non-executive director, despite the shareholding of Quantum Strategic Partners Ltd falling below 10%. Wassong will no longer represent Quantum, as its shareholders' agreement has terminated due to its holding falling below 10%. Last month, Helios reported the holding of Quantum at 4.9% as of June 3.

Hostelworld Group PLC - Hires Wais Shaifta to be non-executive director and senior independent director, replacing Carl Shepherd. Shaifta most recently was chief growth officer at Co-operative Group. Also joining the board as a non-executive director is Karen Myers, who most recently was human resources & corporate communications director at Mobico Group PLC and previously was chief HR officer at William Hill PLC. Departing from the board are Shepherd and Eimear Moloney, all effective immediately.

Lowland Investment Co PLC - invests mostly in UK large, medium and small companies for capital growth and income - James Henderson will retire from Janus Henderson in June next year after a 44-year career. Henderson is a fund manager for Lowland Investment Co, and following his departure, the portfolio will be managed by Laura Foll, who has been doing this since 2016.
