Aquis Exchange PLC - London-based financial markets operator, including pan-European equities trading platform Aquis Markets and UK growth-company market Aquis Stock Exchange - Chief Operating Officer Jonathan Clelland to retire at annual general meeting in April. Chief Revenue Officer David Stevens takes on COO role with immediate effect. Clelland sticks around as special advisor until retirement "to ensure a smooth transition". "Before joining Aquis, David was Chief Executive Officer of foreign exchange broker Global Reach Group. Previous roles also include senior positions at global financial technology company Investment Technology Group, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs," Aquis adds.

Artemis Resources Ltd - Gold and copper-focused exploration company with two major projects in Western Australia - Says George Ventouras appointed as an executive director with immediate effect. Ventouras is currently a non-executive director of ASX-listed Errawarra Resources Ltd. Was formerly non-executive director of Apollo Consolidated Ltd, another ASX listed exploration company. Meanwhile, Simon Dominy has now relinquished interim CEO role and will remain the company's UK based non-executive director.

Jarvis Securities PLC - stockbroking and administration services provider - Names Kieran Price as financial director with effect Wednesday. Jolyon Head resigns from post. Price currently holds post as head of finance. Price has also been at RBS Corporate & Institutional Banking, and was once chief financial officer of trading platforms provider Fixi PLC.
