LONDON (Alliance News) - Everyman Media Group PLC on Friday said it has appointed Streisan Bevan as independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
The cinemas operator said Bevan has over 20 years digital marketing and innovation experience within the technology sector, having worked at leading global brands including Facebook Inc, Bebo.com and Microsoft Corp.
She spent the last 10 years at Facebook UK, in a variety of senior roles across both commercial and technology-focused teams.
"We are excited to welcome Streisan to the board of Everyman. She brings a new expertise and perspective to our board, reflecting our view of the importance of technology to our growing business," said Chair Paul Wise.
Everyman shares were untraded on Friday, last closing at 202.30 pence each.
