(Alliance News) - Shares in EU Supply PLC were suspended on Wednesday following its acquisition by Mercell Holding AS.
The scheme of arrangement for the GBP16 million deal has become effective and EU Supply's entire share capital is now owned by Mercell. EU Supply shareholders are to receive 18.25 pence per share at 1800 GMT.
As a result of the acquisition, EU Supply's share have been suspended and will be cancelled on Thursday this week at 0700 GMT.
Before suspension, EU Supply shares last traded at 18.05 pence.
