LONDON (Alliance News) - Technology outsourcer Equiniti Group PLC on Friday said it has appointed Sally-Ann Hibberd to its board as a non-executive director.
Hibberd will become an independent non-executive director at the company, which provides share registration services to companies. She is currently a non-executive director at mid-cap lender Shawbrook Group PLC and is the former chief operating officer of the international arm of insurer Willis Group.
Rod Aldridge will step down as independent non-executive director, Equiniti said, after nine years on the company's board.
