LONDON (Alliance News) - Equiniti Group PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Mark Brooker and Cheryl Millington as independent non-executive directors from November.
The provider of payment services and financial administration technology said Brooker has previously served as chief operating officer at both online gambling company Betfair and rail ticket booking website Trainline. Currently, Brooker serves as non-executive director of roadside assistance firm AA PLC and bookmaker William Hill PLC.
Meanwhile, Millington was most recently a chief digital officer at retailer Travis Perkins PLC and IT director at Waitrose, part of John Lewis Partnership. She was also a chief information officer at supermarket chain Asda and an independent non-executive director of state-owned financial institution National Savings & Investments.
"These appointments add further significant relevant digital and systems expertise to our board supporting our ambitious growth agenda," said Chairman Philip Yea.
"We are looking forward to their contribution as Equiniti further develops its business both in the UK and US using our technology and client focus to the benefit of customers, employees and shareholders," added Yea.
Equiniti shares were trading down 0.5% on Wednesday morning at 215.50 pence each.
