LONDON (Alliance News) - Environmental Recycling Technologies PLC on Wednesday said it continues to hold talks on a possible capital injection, as it said it will not be in a position to publish its 2015 results by Thursday.
Shares in the company had already been suspended in May when it said it was considering a potential business proposition to try to secure its long-term future, after six months of talks with partners on developing an alternative method of disposing waste broke down earlier that month.
Environmental Recycling Technologies said it remains in talks with a third party to develop a proposal for a capital injection into the business, which will allow it to carry on trading.
But it said it will not be in a position to publish its 2015 results as the audit on the numbers will not be done in time to meet the deadline of Thursday.
