20th Jul 2018 09:48

LONDON (Alliance News) - Energiser Investments PLC said on Friday its Chief Executive Dominic White is to leave the company to focus on investee KCR Residential REIT PLC.

White is also the CEO of KCR Residential, in which Energiser has a stake just short of 25%.

He will leave Energiser at the start of September, and the company said it will in the coming weeks look to appoint another "independent director".

Energiser Non-Executive Chairman Stephen Wicks said: "Dominic has raised capital and sourced and negotiated a number of transactions in the serviced apartments, self-storage, and property fintech sectors."

"Since he joined, Energiser sold a portfolio of properties, worked out its development funding contracts, invested in a loan asset in Croydon and invested in KCR Residential REIT. I would like to thank Dominic for his contribution to the company since his appointment."

Energiser shares were untraded Friday, last quoted at 1.27 pence each, while KCR shares were also untraded, last quoted at 77.50p.
