LONDON (Alliance News) - Endeavour International Corp on Monday said it has now launched the marketing process for the sale of all or parts of its North Sea oil and gas assets.
Blackstone Advisory Partners LP is advising Endeavour on the sale of the assets, which will follow from the sale of the majority of its assets in the US via an auction after the company entered Chapter 11 court hearings.
Shares in Endeavour were untraded on Monday, having last traded at 0.00750 pence.
