LONDON (Alliance News) - Staffing firm Empresaria Group PLC said at its annual general meeting on Wednesday Chief Executive Joost Kreulen has decided to step down from his position.
Empresaria has appointed in his stead Chief Operating Officer Spencer Wreford, who originally joined the firm in 2010 as finance director.
Chairman Tony Martin said: "The board would like to thank Joost for his contribution to the success of the group. He has been instrumental in the delivery of record adjusted profit before tax for each of the last three financial years, as well as building and strengthening the multi branded group.
"He leaves his current role with the group in a strong financial position, ready for the next phase of development."
Empresaria said it is on course to meet expectations for 2018, with interims set to be released on August 22.
Shares were up 1.2% on Wednesday 83.00 pence each.
