LONDON (Alliance News) - Emerging Market Minerals PLC said Thursday that Martin Nicholls has been appointed executive chairman with immediate effect, whilst current Executive Chairman Bernard Olivier will take up a non-executive director position.
Nicholls had previously been a director of investment company Oasis Capital Ltd, and through this company is the owner of European communications security services company Audit Com UK.
Shares in Emerging Market Minerals were untraded Thursday at 11.10 pence.
