LONDON (Alliance News) - Electrocomponents PLC on Monday said it appointed David Sleath as non-executive director of the company with effect from June 1.
Sleath currently serves as chief executive officer of property development company SEGRO PLC, having previously been finance director of SEGRO since 2006.
Prior to that, he was senior independent director of Bunzl PLC from 2007 to 2017.
Furthermore, the FTSE 100 electronics product distributor added that Non-Executive Director John Pattullo will retire from his role on the board on September 1 after six years with the firm.
Shares in Electrocomponents opened 0.5% lower at 616.98 pence each.
