(Alliance News) - EIH PLC on Thursday said it will pay shareholders a total of USD1.3 million following a receipt of a distribution from a portfolio company.
The investment firm said it will make a capital distribution of USD0.02 per share following the receipt of USD1.3 million from Evolvence India Fund.
EIH added that it is monitoring the ongoing Covd-19 outbreak in India.
"While the board remains confident that further realisations from the underlying portfolio of the company's limited partnership interest in the Evolvence India Fund PCC will be achieved, there is now a considerably higher level of uncertainty as to both the value of the remaining assets to be realised and the timing of distributions to shareholders," it said
The stock closed untraded on Thursday in London, last quoted at USD0.10 each.
