LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment company Eight Peaks Group PLC said on Wednesday it has acquired a 25% stake in software development company SOARX Ltd for GBP125,000 in cash.
SOARX owns the software platform iCyber-Shield, which provides the ability to self-detect threats and automate a defence response.
As part of the acquisition, Executive Chair Zafar Karim will join SOARX's board as a non-executive director.
Shares in Eight Peaks were untraded on Wednesday, last quoted at 8.01 pence.
