LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment company Eco City Vehicles PLC on Wednesday said its chairman and a non-executive director have stepped down, while it has added another non-executive to its board.
Non-Executive Chairman John Swingewood and Non-Executive Director Ran Oren have stepped down with immediate effect.
Eco City added Clive Carver has joined the board as a non-executive director, also with immediate effect. Carver is a corporate finance industry veteran and was a founding director of stockbroker FinnCap Ltd.
EcoCity also has appointed FinnCap as its nominated adviser and broker.
The company, which is currently suspended after failing to make an investment in time, said it is continuing to review potential acquisition opportunities and is confident it will strike a deal before July 20. If it fails to do that, its shares will be cancelled from AIM.
