LONDON (Alliance News) - Eastern European Property Fund Ltd said on Friday it completed the sale of its remaining office units on the fifth floor in the Nils Passaj property in in the Beyoglu area of Istanbul on Thursday.
Following the sale, Eastern European will hold no interest in the Nils Passaj property.
The properties were sold for USD85,000 in cash, including value-added tax.
"The proceeds from this disposal are in line with the latest independent property valuation, the company said,
Shares in Eastern European Property Fund were down 1.5% at 50.00 pence on Friday morning.
