Eastern European Property Fund Seeks Approval To Cancel AIM Listing

LONDON (Alliance News) - Eastern European Property Fund Ltd said Wednesday that it will seek shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting to cancel listing of the company's shares on London's junior AIM market.
Shares in the company are expected to be canceled on April 10.
The stock closed untraded at 28.50 pence Wednesday.
