----------
Shearwater Group PLC - London-based cybersecurity advisory and managed security services group - Brookcourt Solutions unit wins a GBP1.3 million deal with a "major UK telecommunications provider". It will supply a network monitoring solution which will "provide enhanced visibility across the customer's network infrastructure". "The solution will enable the telecommunications provider to proactively monitor network performance and identify potential issues before they impact services. The deployment will support the customer in maintaining the performance and resilience of its multi-award-winning network, providing improved operational insight and proactive monitoring capabilities," Shearwater adds.

Abingdon Health PLC - York, England-based maker of lateral flow diagnostic tests - Wins deal worth USD2.5 million for the provision of project management and technical support for the development and regulatory submission of a clinical self-test. The customer is UK-based and work will be delivered in phases over 18 months. "The project represents a strategically important contract in the clinical self-test diagnostics sector and demonstrates Abingdon Health's expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder international diagnostic programmes. The contract will commence shortly with the majority of the revenues to be recognised in the financial year ending 30 June 2027," Abingdon adds.
----------
Sareum Holdings PLC - Cambridge, England-based pharmaceutical company - Pretax loss in six months to December 31 widens to GBP1.9 million from GBP1.3 million a year prior. No revenue is reported in either period. "Sareum has made solid progress during the period, most notably with the restart of the phase 2-enabling toxicology programme for SDC-1801, our lead asset. This programme is central to advancing SDC-1801 into phase 2 development and we are encouraged by the immediate progress," Executive Chair Stephen Parker says.

Surface Transforms PLC - producer of carbon-ceramic automotive brake discs - Appoints Alvarez & Marsal as corporate restructuring advisers, in the wake of a terminated contract with General Motors Co. GM earlier this month informed Surface Transforms that it is re-sourcing its supply of brake disks with effect from March 31. Surface Transforms says working closesly with A&M "to understand the options available to the company to provide the best outcome for all stakeholders". In addition, it has begun a "cost rationalisation exercise as a consequence of the reduced production volumes". "This will include commencing a consultation with employees in respect of potential redundancies and layoffs," Surface says. It files notice of intention to appoint A&M as administrators with the High Court. "Once the NOIA is filed, the company will be protected against any creditor enforcement action for a period of ten working days and will continue to work with A&M on the options available to the company," it adds, nothing shares have been suspended from trading on AIM.
----------
Georgina Energy PLC - London-based onshore helium and hydrogen explorer - Georgina is in talks with Ensign Energy over the Ensign 970 rig for the Hussar prospect re-entry well in EP513. "Ensign has until 18th March to respond to the standard contract provided by Aztech/Westmarket Oil & Gas Pty Ltd, while Georgina has other rigs to consider prior to the execution of the contract," the firm adds. "The company continues its planning for the water well drilling rig access and a further reconnaissance trip with the proposed contractors for repairs to the access roads and airstrip, which is required to enable rapid mobilisation of the drilling rig and support service companies to site."
----------
Cobra Resources PLC - South Australian mineral exploration and development company - Resource definition drilling begins across its Wudinna rare earth prospects, Boland and Head. Drilling of up to 36 holes is planned at Boland and up to 54 holes at Head. Work is expected to last between four and six weeks, with first laboratory results set to be released in early April.
----------
First Class Metals PLC - Ontario, Canada-focused gold and critical metals explorer - The firm says visible gold is identified within drill core at its Roy and Sunbeam projects in Ontario, with its current drilling programme nearing completion. First Class Metals says further assay results are expected shortly. "The drilling at Roy is progressing satisfactorily with all holes intersecting a sulphide bearing, potentially mineralised 'package' of deformed and quartz veined chloritic schist and altered tonalite. This package has a true width of several metres. The identification of visible gold is a huge uplift for the exploration team," CEO Marc Sale says.
----------
GreenX Metals Ltd - focused on Arctic Rift copper project in Greenland and the Tannenberg copper project in Germany - Pretax loss in half year to December 31 widens to AUD8.2 million, around USD5.8 million, from AUD2.1 million. No revenue is reported either year.

Mendell Helium PLC - Kansas-focused helium producer - Reports that drill permits have been granted for the Rost (twin well) and Enlow leases in Fort Dodge, Kansas. Mendell in June 2024 announced it has an option to acquire M3 Helium, a producer of helium which is based in Kansas and holds an interest in six producing wells. "Mendell Helium has received notification that the Kansas Corp Commission has approved drill permits for both of M3 Helium's proposed new production wells in Fort Dodge. These are for a twin well on the Rost lease and a new well on the Enlow lease to the north of Rost. Both new wells will target the Morrow sands, the production zone of Rost, and both are planned to be drilled with 7 inch casing to enable greater water removal and, it is anticipated, greater gas production," Mendell adds.
----------
Anglo Asian Mining PLC - focused on copper in Azerbaijan - Mines in Azerbaijan pass "important milestone" of producing over one million gold equivalent ounces since operations began. "Anglo Asian first started producing gold and silver by heap leaching ore mined from an open pit at Gedabek in 2009. Last year, in-line with its growth strategy, Anglo Asian became a multi-asset producer. It brought both the new Gilar, underground copper and gold mine, and Demirli open pit copper mine into production," Anglo Asian says. "The company anticipates that 2026 will be a pivotal year, where copper production is expected to triple with increased contributions from the Gilar and Demirli mines both of which commenced production in 2025."
----------
Asiamet Resources Ltd - focused on the development of a portfolio of large copper, copper-gold and polymetallic deposits in Indonesia - Chinese regulatory approval needed for sale of Indokal Ltd to Norin Mining (Hong Kong) Ltd received. Indokal owns the KSK project. It had agreed to sell the asset to Norin back in November for USD105 million. "Completion of the transaction remains subject to the satisfaction of the remaining conditions, including relevant Indonesian regulatory processes," Asiamet says on Thursday.
----------
Alien Metals Ltd - minerals exploration and development company focused on Australia - Joint-venture partner West Coast Silver releases results of a survey at the Elizabeth Hill silver project in Western Australia. "The results delivered by West Coast Silver mark a very important step forward for the Elizabeth Hill project. The high-resolution drone magnetic survey has not only refined our understanding of the structural controls at the historical mine but has also highlighted a series of new targets that point to a much larger mineralised system than previously demonstrated," Alien Metals Chair Bruce Garlick says. "The identification of multiple structural targets, particularly those located close to the original workings and supported by surface sampling and drilling, reinforces our view that Elizabeth Hill retains significant untapped potential."
