Mendell Helium PLC - helium producer in the US state of Kansas - Says activity continues as scheduled at its Rost lease in Fort Dodge. "Recent site upgrades have led to enhanced performance from the Brobee saltwater disposal asset, high-capacity infrastructure upgrades at Rost 2-26, and targeted well intervention work to optimise and accelerate long-term production at Rost 1-26," Mendell says. Chief Executive Nick Tulloch says: "we are now poised to commence production from both wells. Subject to completion of the utility connection, we expect de-watering operations at both Rost wells to commence by mid-August 2026. With a high helium content and an operating approach already demonstrated at Rost 1-26, we are optimistic about the Rost wells' combined performance. A particular highlight is the Brobee disposal well where water intake exceeds expectations. As well as servicing the Rost wells, we believe that Brobee is a valuable asset for the company, capable of supporting our ongoing production plans in the Fort Dodge region. As production develops, we are continuing to assess improvements and increased scale in our surface operations where we seek to remove waste products, primarily nitrogen and hydrocarbons from the gas stream and therefore deliver a more purified helium gas content to our offtaker. This work will be ongoing for several months and will be necessarily carried out in conjunction with the Rost wells' production."
----------
Safestay PLC - London-based hostel operator - Exchanges contracts for the sale of its leasehold interest in, and associated hostel business operated from, Safestay London Kensington Holland Park to Acerhawk Ltd, for a cash consideration of GBP3.0 million. Completion of the transaction is expected to occur by the end of October 2026, subject to customary conditions and completion mechanics.
----------
Central Asia Metals PLC - mining firm focused on Kazakhstan and North Macedonia - Provides mineral resource and ore reserve update for its Kounrad copper operation in Kazakhstan and Sasa zinc-lead-silver mine in North Macedonia. Says Kounrad has an indicated mineral resource of 595.1 million tonnes at 0.07% copper, containing 407,900 tonnes of copper, with probable ore reserves of the same size. Notes remaining recoverable copper at Kounrad stood at around 75,400 tonnes as at December 31 2025, supporting production until the current licence expiry in 2034. Reports Sasa mineral resources of 20.5 million tonnes, including 11.4 million tonnes of indicated resources and 9.1 million tonnes of inferred resources. Says Sasa probable ore reserves total 6.9 million tonnes at 3.5% lead, 2.5% zinc and 26.1 grammes per tonne silver, containing 244,000 tonnes of lead, 170,000 tonnes of zinc and 5.8 million ounces of silver. Notes the update was commissioned as part of its proposed acquisition of Cygnus Metals Ltd.
----------
Orosur Mining Inc - Toronto-based mining firm targeting precious and battery metals - Updates on the progress of exploration activities at its exploration project at Anza in Colombia. At the Pepas West area, initial drilling had suggested the zone was geologically similar to Pepas, with the same mineralising events, "but with a different, parallel structural setting." Notes: "Recent drilling, however, is developing a more complex picture with the higher-grade surficial mineralisation seemingly a mix of in situ and heavily weathered material that has potentially remobilised downslope from Pepas. The zone is extensively weathered, with scattered enclaves of fresh quartz veins, with very little residual geological or structural texture remaining and, as such, the original litho-structural setting is difficult to determine." CEO Brad George says despite the complex nature of Pepas West, "the grade is there which in the end is all that matters. With Pepas entering feasibility and permitting, additional cheap ounces are worth their weight in gold." New drill results include: hole PEP101, which records 6.4 metres at 2.81 grammes per tonne gold from surface; and hole PEP102, which records 6.85 metres at 2.18 grammes per tonne from surface.

ECR Minerals PLC - Australia-focused gold exploration and development company - Advances development of its 50%-owned Maddens gold project in Queensland towards production, with underground development identifying a new mineralised quartz vein containing visible gold. Ore now is being stockpiled ahead of processing. The company also prepares to install a Knelson gravity concentrator, progresses trial alluvial mining at the Brothers project, and says multiple operational and geological workstreams are advancing in parallel as it targets near-term gold production. Chair Nick Tulloch says: "Through disciplined execution, sensible capital allocation and a clear focus on projects that we believe are ultimately capable of delivering meaningful shareholder value. There remains much work ahead, but the progress being made across the Maddens Gold Project gives the Board increasing confidence in its potential to become a significant cornerstone asset within ECR's Australian gold portfolio."
----------
New Frontier Minerals Ltd - minerals exploration company in Australia with exposure to copper, heavy rare earth minerals and uranium - Independent modelling by Southern Geoscience Consultants defines a bedrock conductor within the 100% owned EL 34147, part of the company's Harts Range Heavy Rare Earths, Niobium and Tungsten Project in the Northern Territory. The bedrock conductor is 240 metres below surface and 3.5 kilometres from the Kings Cross target, where NFM has received government approval to commence drilling of a discrete magnetic anomaly interpreted at a similar depth. Chair Gerrard Hall says: "The identification of a bedrock conductor at depth, interpreted from airborne electromagnetic modelling, is particularly encouraging given its proximity to the recently announced BHP Xplor-backed Litchfield Minerals C2 conductor. While this is an early-stage geophysical target, the results reinforce our view that Harts Range has the potential to host a much broader mineral system than previously recognised. Importantly, the study demonstrates that airborne electromagnetic data can successfully identify concealed bedrock conductors within the belt, providing New Frontier with an effective tool to prioritise future exploration."
----------
Strategic Minerals PLC - London-based mineral producer - Updates on the ongoing infill drilling programme at its Redmoor Tungsten-Tin-Copper Project following mobilisation of two further drill rigs to expand the programme, located in Cornwall, UK. Redmoor is being developed by subsidiary Cornwall Resources Ltd. Following pre-commencement submissions, the Local Planning Authority says CRL has received final clearance for its drilling programme expansion, comprising 22,500 metres of planned drilling which the company aims to complete in the second quarter of 2027. Site setup and mobilisation of additional drill rigs to Redmoor have been completed. Executive director Mark Burnett says: "Drilling is now underway across our three-drill rig programme, on the largest continuous diamond drilling campaign undertaken in Cornwall from surface, and which we believe is also the largest programme delivered in Great Britain, from surface, this century. The scale of this programme reflects the opportunity at Redmoor, and the company's commitment to doing all we can to advance the project through feasibility studies and towards mining as expeditiously as possible."
