(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of earnings and trading updates by London-listed companies, issued on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Physiomics PLC - Oxford, England-based mathematical modelling company focused on medical drug development - Pretax loss widens to GBP686,709 in the financial year ended June 30 from GBP457,269 the year prior, although total income, which includes revenue and grant income, rises 27% to GBP1.1 million from GBP834,156. The increased loss reflects one-off costs associated with the board requisition and subsequent replacement of the board, along with increased use of consultants to support revenue generation in the first half of the year and to a lesser extent in the second half. "We have successfully managed these costs and are focused on reducing unnecessary spend while continuing to invest in growth," says Non-Executive Chair Nick Tulloch. The company continues to build its contract pipeline, closing the year at a record level. As of July 1, Physiomics says it has around GBP618,000 of contracted revenue that is yet to be recognised.

Literacy Capital PLC - investment trust focused on UK-based private businesses - Completes the sale of its entire minority stake in Cubo Work to the majority shareholder of the business. As part of the agreement, financial terms have not been disclosed. Chief Executive Richard Pindar, said: "Whilst the proceeds received are modest relative to the 30 June 2026 carrying value, it allows us to focus on the future without further distraction, and is an improvement on the valuation guidance we gave earlier this month."
----------
Solvonis Therapeutics PLC - London-based biopharmaceutical company focused on central nervous system disorders - Solvonis and Portugal's National Addiction Institute sign a memorandum of understanding to advance planned European expansion of SVN-001 Phase 3 trial. The agreement advances the company's plans to add European sites to the trial, announced in August and reiterated in September. The parties will now assess how Portuguese services and clinical facilities could support the programme. SVN-001 combines ketamine with structured psychological therapy for severe alcohol use disorder. It is being evaluated in MORE-KARE, a 280-participant UK Phase 3 trial sponsored by the University of Exeter and co-funded by Solvonis, the National Institute for Health and Care Research and the Medical Research Council. The MoU has an initial six-month term and does not create a binding commitment to proceed with Portuguese trial participation.

Bradda Head Lithium Ltd - North America-focused lithium explorer and developer - Announces initial results from core drilling at the Whistlejacket lithium project held under the company's option to joint venture agreement with Kennecott Exploration Co. The results from the first drillhole WSTL0020, confirms the extension and continuity of the mineralized body, replicating past results. Executive Chair Ian Stalker says: "These maiden assay results from WSTL0020 are exactly what we hoped to see. Grades of this consistency across more than 30 metres - including individual intervals running at almost 2.0% Li2O, confirm that the visual mineralization logged at Whistlejacket is consistent with laboratory results. The two additional, narrower pegmatite intervals returning grades comparable to the main body only add to our confidence in the scale of this system."
----------
Kodal Minerals PLC - West Africa-focused mineral explorer and developer - Provides an update on mining, processing, export and development activities at the Bougouni lithium project for the three months ended September 30. Kodal maintains its interest in Bougouni via its 49% stake in Kodal Mining UK Ltd, in partnership with Hainan Mining Co Ltd which as the 51% shareholder has ultimate control. Third quarter production was 27,234 dry metric tonnes of spodumene concentrate grading 5.29% lithium oxide. Year to date production is 80,429 DMT of spodumene concentrate. Full year production guidance range is for 105,000 to 115,000 DMT of spodumene concentrate with an expected unit production cost of between USD600 to USD610 (including mining, processing, transport to port, depreciation and amortisation). "Q3 has seen continued operational and commercial momentum at Bougouni, with strong market demand and spodumene concentrate prices driving robust cash flow generation at the project level," says CEO Bernard Aylward.

Gelion PLC - London-based battery energy storage systems firm - Announces that it has entered into a co-funded proof of concept agreement with a top five global automotive original equipment manufacturer to jointly undertake a pilot program to test and evaluate Gelion's proprietary nano-encapsulated sulfur cathode active material under conditions relevant to electric vehicle battery applications. Under the agreement, the OEM partner will supply engineering expertise, advanced battery testing facilities and capabilities, and a contribution to the program funding. Gelion will conduct complementary testing to correlate performance data throughout the programme. The agreement represents the first co-funded evaluation program by a global automotive OEM of battery cells incorporating Gelion's NES cathode material with a graphitic anode following the materials testing agreement with a top 15 global automotive player announced last week.
----------
Arkle Resources PLC - Dublin-based mineral exploration and development company - Announces the results of the reconnaissance reverse circulation drilling at the primary uraniferous leucogranite target on EPL 8995, part of its Erongo uranium project in Namibia. Says the drilling has confirmed a uranium discovery at the ULG target. Eight of the nine holes intersected uranium above 100 parts per million of uranium oxide. The best hole, R069, is mineralised from surface to the end of the hole, including 41 m at 141 ppm U₃O₈, three holes end in mineralisation, and individual metres grade up to 421 ppm U₃O₈. Within the thicker intercepts, higher-grade sheets above 200 ppm U₃O₈, including 4 m at 240 ppm U₃O₈ from 64 m in R069, have the potential to lift the overall grade of the system if they prove continuous along strike and at depth, company says. Chair John Teeling says: "This is a pivotal moment for Arkle. We have found a uranium system with a footprint of 1.4 km by 600 m, and mineralisation extends to almost 200 m downhole. This is a discovery. It is a project worthy of substantial drilling, and our aim is to take it through to a maiden mineral resource estimate in 2027."
