He notes "the significant investment of time and resources required to strengthen our compliance systems, controls and governance arrangements". Going forward, he says: "With the remediation programme progressing and management fee income continuing to grow, we are positive about the outlook for the business in the year ahead."

PHSC PLC - Kent, England-based provider of health, safety, hygiene and environmental consultancy and security solutions - Non-Executive Chair Lorraine Young has tendered her resignation and will stand down from the board with effect from December 31. Young has been on the board since April 2016, and became chair in October 2024, leading the recruitment of current CEO Nikki Porter. PHSC also says she "played an important role in supporting the leadership transition and developing the company's plans for recovery and achieving sustainable growth." Adds that the process will now start to identify her successor.

Panther Metals PLC - Canada-focused mineral deposits exploration company - Raises gross proceeds of GBP2.2 million or CAD4.2 million through the issue of 980,398 units at CAD4.24 or 226p each. Says each unit comprises one ordinary share and one-half of one ordinary share purchase warrant, each of which qualifies as a 'flow-through share' under Canada's Income Tax Act. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one new share at 267p each for 36 months. Panther says the proceeds will be used to incur qualifying expenses, which will be renounced to subscribers in accordance with the Income Tax Act. Says the placing will primarily support the continuation of the phase 1 diamond drilling programme at the Wishbone VMS Prospect on the Obonga Project in Ontario. "The successful completion of this flow-through financing represents a significant milestone for Panther Metals and, we believe, establishes a new funding pathway for UK-listed exploration companies operating in Canada," says Chief Executive Darren Hazelwood.

Technologies New Energy PLC - London-based energy company supporting decarbonisation projects - Says its Diverfuel SA subsidiary has launched a business-to-business compliance, traceability and trading platform, dubbed Covenant, for the sustainable fuels supply chain. Covenant is available to producers, traders and off-takers with immediate effect, it says. Covenant, TNE continues, addresses sustainable fuel producers' evidence requirements under European regulatory frameworks, recording feedstock origin and chain of custody, and calculating a per-lot carbon-intensity measure. Says the verified data underpins the platform's marketplace, through which producers and suppliers can list verified green commodities. Buyers can then compare and purchase them on a consistent carbon-intensity basis. TNE says over 25 producers and off-takers have contracted to participate in the platform as of its launch.

Says Tiris has a post-tax net present value of USD500.3 million at a uranium price of USD90 per pound of triuranium octoxide, with Aura's attributable share being USD425.3 million. Forecasts life-of-mine free cash flow of USD1,479 million at base case, and development capital of USD349.8 million, with construction taking about two years. Saleable production is estimated at 46.1 million pounds of triuranium octoxide over a two-decade mine life, averaging 1.8 million pounds per year.
