(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of earnings and trading updates by London-listed companies, issued on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Invinity Energy Systems PLC - London-based manufacturer of utility-grade energy storage systems - continues to make significant progress in delivering against each of the 12-month corporate priorities set out in September 2024. Confirms that as a result of shipping the orders secured during 2024 by the year end, results for the full year 2024 are anticipated to be in line with expectations. Advises that it remains on track to release its audited full year results by the end of June 2025. Continues to focus on its plan to reduce Endurium product costs in order to open up as broad a market opportunity as possible whilst supporting improved product margins. Says has achieved a 24% cost reduction in Endurium since launch via value engineering, supply chain enhancement and performance improvements and anticipates further cost reductions to be realised in line with internal forecasts.
----------
Mind Gym PLC - London-based personal and business coaching service - for the financial year ended March 31 expects to report revenue of around GBP38.6 million, and to deliver profitable adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation in line with market expectations, compared to GBP0.3 million adjusted Ebitda loss in financial 2024. Performance in EMEA remains strong supported by the multi-year energy framework agreement, which has now concluded, having delivered the expected levels of revenue over its three-year term. But adds client decision making has slowed: in the US, budgets continue to be held back driven by hesitancy over the impact of tariffs and regulatory changes by the US government, particularly in DEI, whilst in the UK, this is impacted by the National Insurance changes and new employment rights legislation. For financial 2026, takes a more cautious view on expected revenue growth, expects modest underlying revenue growth. Expects to remain profitable, albeit at a lower level than previously anticipated.
----------
Big Technologies PLC - Hertfordshire, England-based firm - Following recent announcements, says dismisses Sara Murray as chief executive officer, terminates her employment contract with the company, and removes her as a director, in each case with immediate effect. Further, issues proceedings accompanied by an application for a freezing order against Sara Murray, and others in the High Court. Follows an investigation which concludes that Murray failed to disclose certain information to the company. Expects the underlying performance of the company for the year ended December 31 to be in line with previous guidance and market expectations.
----------
Vox Valor Capital Ltd - London-based technology investment company - pretax loss widens to USD995,666 in 2024 from USD569,585 a year prior. Total income more than doubles to USD12.1 million from USD5.6 million but so do operating expenses to USD12.2 million from USD5.7 million. Gross margin falls to 9% from 23% associated with the cost of attracting new customers. Says: "Looking at the current global situation, continued elevated interest rates and inflation rates tend to have an adverse impact on the cost of services provided." Adds: "The board remains cautiously optimistic and continues to evaluate opportunities to generate value for shareholders."
----------
KCR Residential REIT PLC - Surrey, England-based residential-focused real estate investment trust - Swings to pretax profit of GBP432,596 in the six months ended December 31 from loss of GBP291,088 a year prior. Revenue little changed at GBP950,103 compared with GBP946,004. Says half year reflects incremental revenue growth in core rentals with a flat overall outcome following weakness in transactional income within the retirement portfolio. Continues to be cashflow negative, however it is continuing to work towards achieving a cash neutral position by improving operating performance from the existing portfolio. Costs continue to be actively managed.
