The upgraded 10 Dock facility will provide vital enhancements to strengthen the UK's defence resilience by improving Devonport's capability to support the maintenance and availability of current and future submarine fleets. Works include major civil infrastructure, including a water retaining boundary structure and nuclear licensed components, alongside extensive engineering works. This includes the construction of buttresses, new subways, and in-situ subway structures, plus the installation of rock anchors, dowels, reinforcement and a multi-tonne caisson.

Public Policy Holding Co Inc - Washington, DC-based group of advisory firms, specialising in government affairs and public relations - Enters into a new USD105 million senior secured credit facility with a US commercial bank. The facility comprises a USD65 million term loan and a USD40 million revolving credit facility. PPH intends to seek commitments from additional lenders through a syndication to increase the facility to an aggregate USD150 million. It may include an additional uncommitted accordion option of up to USD50 million. Syndication is being undertaken on a best-efforts basis and is currently anticipated to close in January 2027. "This new facility strengthens our financial position and provides additional capacity to execute our growth strategy while maintaining a disciplined approach to leverage and capital allocation," says Chief Executive Stewart Hall. Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt, fund acquisitions including an immediate drawdown to fund the initial cash consideration for the acquisition of Reevemark LLC, also announced on Monday. PPH says the up to USD80 million purchase of New York-based strategic communications firm Reevemark includes an initial USD28.0 million payment and additional consideration of up to USD52.0 million. Says the deal creates "clear and immediate" cross-selling opportunities. CEO Hall comments: “Reevemark is a game-changing acquisition for PPHC. Together with TrailRunner International and Tancredi, it positions PPHC as a global leader in litigation communications - one of the fastest-growing areas of our market - and adds market-leading expertise in transactions, shareholder activism, crisis and restructurings. This acquisition continues our strategy of accelerating growth through earnings-accretive acquisitions of complementary businesses in high-growth markets. Our pipeline remains strong, and we maintain significant liquidity to deliver on our growth ambitions and create long-term shareholder value.

----------

Pantheon International PLC - investment trust providing exposure to private equity-backed companies - Agrees to extend its multi-currency revolving credit facility, which was due to expire in October 2029, to October 2030. Says the contract is worth GBP2.7million in revenue over the next six years. "This contract...demonstrates our continued progress in strengthening our order book through an increasing contribution from later-stage clinical trials, providing long-term revenue visibility and supporting our growth ambitions," says Chief Executive Bram Goorden. Ixico says it is the second Phase 3 HD contract that it has been awarded over the past 12 months, reinforcing "its position as a trusted partner to biopharma companies". The award follows the announcement in late October of two contract wins in Alzheimer's disease.

----------

Plexus Holdings PLC - gas, oil and renewable energy projects focused on the UK & Netherlands - Announces that its HG-R wellhead integrity system has successfully qualified with Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. Plexus calls this a "significant milestone", as "securing approval can unlock high-value opportunities for supplying to ADNOC and other operators in the UAE and the region who use the same licence approval system." Plexus estimates the target market in the UAE at GBP10 million per annum and will now work with ADNOC to identify a trial well opportunity in the coming months. If successful, this could lead to orders for additional wells during the next financial year and beyond, Plexus says. "Qualification with an operator of ADNOC's calibre is a strong endorsement of our products and company, and we are confident that the region will be a key contributor to Plexus’ growth as activity recovers and projects move forward," says Chief Executive Craig Hendrie.

Basic & diluted LPS amount to 0.11 pence versus 0.05p. Higher loss reflects increased administrative expenses due to being involved an abortive reverse takeover deal. Non-Executive Chair Brian Moritz says he intends to retire from the board by the end of this calendar year. Increased losses reflect a significant increase in other administrative and overhead expenses to USD6.9 million from USD3.2 million. "The increase is due to transaction costs associated with the reverse takeover of Gulf which completed after the year end and an environmental regulatory penalty that the company is disputing."
