LONDON (Alliance News) - James Fisher and Sons PLC Friday said the wife of Chief Executive Officer Nick Henry sold 11,929 shares in the marine engineering services provider.
The shares were sold in two transactions with 3,940 shares sold at an average price of 1650 pence each on Thursday and 7,989 shares sold at 1628 pence per share on Wednesday.
Following the transactions, Nick Henry holds a beneficial interest in 191,022 shares, or a 0.38% stake.
The stock was down 2.5% at 1,580.32p Friday.
