LONDON (Alliance News) - W.H. Ireland Group said Tuesday non-executive Director Richard Lee exercised options over 30,000 shares under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme. Immediately, Lee disposed of these shares at a price of 108 pence per share while non-executive Chairman Rupert Lowe has acquired 10,000 shares at the same price of 108 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Lee now holds 30,267 shares representing 0.13% in the firm and Lowe's holding consists of 1.1 million shares representing 4.51% in the wealth management and corporate broking company.
W.H. Ireland shares were trading at 108.00 pence Tuesday afternoon, down 0.9%.
