LONDON (Alliance News) - Stockbroker WH Ireland PLC said Chief Executive Officer Richard Killingbeck bought 20,000 shares at a price of 122.50 pence per share on Monday.
Following this transaction, Killingbeck has an interest in 910,000 shares, which represents 3.72% of issued shares.
WH Ireland last week said Theodore Agnew sold his entire stake in the wealth management and corporate broking company. Agnew sold its 957,142 shares in the company for 115 pence per share. Prior to the sale, Agnew had been the seventh-largest shareholder in the company, with a 3.6% holding.
The stock was trading up 4.7% at 122.50p late Monday.
