LONDON (Alliance News) - Wentworth Resources Ltd said Monday that Non-Executive Director Iain McLaren bought 100,000 shares in the company in three transactions.
McLaren purchased the shares at an average price of 23 pence each for a total of GBP23,000.
Shares in the Africa-focused oil & gas company were trading down 5.5% at 21.50p each.
