LONDON (Alliance News) - Wentworth Resources Ltd late Tuesday said Executive Chairman Robert McBean acquired 389,430 shares in the East Africa-focused oil & gas company in three transactions at NOK2.1927, worth about GBP80,000 in total.
On Friday last week, McBean purchased 174,665 shares at a price of NOK2.06 each, about 19.15 pence, worth NOK359,496.
Wentworth Resources shares closed up 6.1% on Tuesday at 21.75p each.
Then on Monday, McBean bought 91,567 shares at NOK2.24 per share, totalling NOK205,037, while on Tuesday he acquired 123,198 shares at NOK2.35 each, worth NOK289,368.
Following these transactions, McBean holds 9.5 million shares, representing 5.1% holding.
