LONDON (Alliance News) - Wentworth Resources Ltd on Thursday said Executive Chairman Robert McBean acquired shares in the East Africa-focused oil & gas company.
In a transaction on Wednesday, McBean bought 110,570 shares at a price of NOK2.36 each, worth NOK260,945, or GBP24,256.
Shares in Wentworth Resources closed up 1.1% on Thursday at 21.99 pence each.
