LONDON (Alliance News) - Waterman Group PLC Thursday said Chief Executive Officer Nick Taylor bought 32,756 shares at a price of 84.9 pence per share on Wednesday.
Following this purchase, Taylor holds a total of 212,525 shares, equaling a 0.69% stake.
The stock was up 1.7% at 85.45p Thursday.
