DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Volution and Supreme CEOs, Raspberry Pi exec sell

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Volution Group PLC - Crawley, England-based energy efficiency and indoor air-quality solutions - Chief Executive Officer Ronnie George and wife Lynsey George sell 2.3 million shares at GBP5.60, worth GBP12.9 million, on Friday last week. The shares sold represent a 1.2% stake in Volution. The Georges still have 1.7 million shares, a 0.9% stake. Ronnie George "remains fully committed to Volution" as CEO, the company says.

Supreme PLC - Manchester, England-based maker and supplier of fast-moving consumer goods such as batteries, lighting, vaping, and wellness products - CEO Sandy Chadha sells 1.6 million shares at 160 pence, worth GBP2.6 million, on Friday. Supreme says the sale is "to an institutional shareholder to meet investor demand". Chadha retains 65.7 million shares, a 56.3% stake.

Raspberry Pi Holdings PLC - Cambridge, England-based budget computer maker - Thomas Lynn, an associate of Director of Communications Helen Lynn, sells 37,500 shares at GBP3.80, worth GBP142,350, on Thursday last week.
