Whitbread PLC - Dunstable, England-based operator of Premier Inn and other hospitality chains - Sarah Anderson, a person closely associated with Property & International Managing Director Mark Anderson, sells 5,000 shares at 2,552p for GBP127,600 on Monday in London.

British American Tobacco PLC - London-based cigarette and nicotine product maker - Non-Executive Director Matthew Wright buys 5,500 shares at 4,500p each, for GBP247,500, on Monday in London.

Chemring Group PLC - Hampshire, England-based provider of technology products and services to the aerospace, defence and security markets - Group Legal Director Sarah Ellard sells 57,597 shares at 602.18p, for GBP346,840, in London on Monday.

Rentokil Initial PLC - Crawley, England-based pest control specialist - Chief Executive Mike Duffy buys 10,500 American depository shares at USD23.79 each, for USD249,843, into a joint brokerage account with PCA Laura Duffy on Friday in New York. Each ADS is equivalent to five ordinary shares. The Therese M Esperdy Revocable Trust, a PCA to Chair Therese Esperdy, buys 21,214 ADSs at USD23.37 for USD495,831, also on Friday in New York. Non-Executive Director Leanne Sheraton, meanwhile, buys 10,000 shares at USD4.81 for USD48,072 on Friday, outside a trading venue.
