LONDON (Alliance News) - Urals Energy Public Co Ltd on Friday said its Non-Executive Chairman Andrew Shrager has made two share purchases, conducted on Thursday and Friday.
Shrager purchased 100,000 shares at 1.75 pence per share on Thursday, and then purchased a further 150,000 shares at 2.00p per share on Friday, Urals said.
The purchases were made through Hillsilk Ltd, which Shrager controls.
Following the purchases, Shrager holds 2.3 million shares, or a 0.93% stake in the company, Urals added.
Shares in Urals were down 8.6% at 1.60 pence on Friday afternoon.
