LONDON (Alliance News) - Minoan Group PLC on Monday said that three of its directors acquired shares on December 3.
Non-Executive Director Grahame Cook bought 1.2 million shares at 2.5 pence each for GBP30,000.
Non-Executive Director Barry Bartman acquired 800,000 shares at the same price for GBP20,000 and Chair Christopher Egleton bought 2.0 million shares at the same price for GBP50,000.
None of the director's total holding in the company was disclosed.
Minoan Group shares closed down 5.5% at 2.60p each on Monday.
