(Alliance News) - Ten Lifestyle Group PLC on Tuesday said Non-Executive Chair Bruce Weatherill, President Toby Gauvain and Non-Executive Director Gillian Davies acquired shares in the lifestyle concierge company following a transaction on Friday last week.
Weatherill bought 100,000 shares at a price of 98.31 pence each, while Gauvain and Davies purchased 50,000 shares at 97.88p and 20,000 shares at 98.50p, respectively. The value of all transactions combined was GBP166,950.
Following these transactions, Weatherill owns 776,523 shares, representing 1% stake, Davies holds 40,000 shares, representing 0.1% interest and Gauvain retains 396,604 shares, representing 0.5% holding.
Ten Lifestyle shares were trading 1.8% higher on Tuesday in London at 100.00p each.
