TBC Bank Group PLC - financial services in Georgia and Uzbekistan - Vakhtang Butskhrikidze, chief executive officer of JSC TBC Bank, sells 205,000 shares at average GBP22.01, worth GBP4.5 million, on Monday. Butskhrikidze had sold 45,000 shares last month.

Smurfit Kappa Group PLC - Dublin-based paper and packaging - Non-Executive Director James Lawrence sells 140,000 shares at USD36.11, EUR34.59 and EUR34.77 on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday last week respectively. The disposals on the US OTC market and on Euronext Dublin are worth about USD5 million in total.

Greencore Group PLC - Dublin-based convenience foods maker - CEO Dalton Philips buys 195,000 shares at GBP0.65, worth GBP126,653, on Thursday last week. Greencore on Tuesday last week reported a 43% rise in pretax profit to GBP39.8 million in the 12 months that ended September 30 from GBP27.8 million the year before, as revenue increased 31% to GBP1.74 billion from GBP1.32 billion. Philips took over as CEO back in September.
