LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday.----------Cosmetics company Swallowfield said Non-Executive Director Roger McDowell purchased shares worth GBP120,912 in two transactions last week.On Wednesday, Roger bought 36,250 shares at a price of 269 pence per share, worth GBP97,513. Meanwhile, on Friday, Roger acquired 8,666 shares at a price of 270p each, totalling GBP23,398.It has not been disclosed how many shares McDowell now holds in the company following the transactions.Shares in Swallowfield closed up 1.4% at 276.30p each.----------Fulham Shore said Finance Director Nicholas Wong purchased 78,000 shares in the company. Wong made two separate transactions, purchasing 64,500 shares at 10.31p per share and 13,500 shares at 10.30p per share. Wong now holds a total 8.9 million shares, equivalent to 1.6% of the company's issued share capital. Shares in the restaurant operator closed down 3.8% at 10.10p each.----------Packaging company DS Smith said Lisa McIntyre, a person closely associated with Divisional Chief Executive Colin McIntyre, purchased 980 shares at a price of 507.43p per share on Friday. It has not been disclosed how many shares McIntyre and his associated persons now hold in the company following the GBP4,973 deal. Shares in DS Smith closed down 0.7% at 499.10p each.----------
