DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: New Nostra Chairman Buys 9 Million Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday.

Nostra Terra Oil and Gas Co said its new chairman, Ewen Ainsworth, bought 9 million shares at a price of 0.1248 pence per share on Friday, which is his only holding. The deal is worth about GBP11,000.

Nostra Terra Oil and Gas said in June it haf appointed Ainsworth as its new non-executive chairman with immediate effect, replacing Adrian Blennerhassett, who resigned to pursue other interests.

Ainsworth is a chartered management account and a fellow of the Institute of Petroleum who brings "wide industry experience" to his new role, and has worked in the industry for 27 years at various stages of the oil and gas life cycle, Nostra said at the time.

The oil and gas stock closed at 0.129p, up 2.9% Monday.

Moneysupermarket.com Group said newly appointed Non-Executive Director Robin Freestone bought 20,000 shares at a price of 295 pence per share, which is his only holding. Freestone was appointed to the board after retiring as chief financial officer of Pearson. Shares in the price comparison website closed up 1.1% at 296.20p Monday.

Stockbroker WH Ireland said Chief Executive Officer Richard Killingbeck bought 20,000 shares at a price of 122.50 pence per share. Following this transaction, Killingbeck has an interest in 910,000 shares, which represents 3.72% of issued shares. WH Ireland last week said Theodore Agnew sold his entire stake in the wealth management and corporate broking company. Agnew sold its 957,142 shares in the company for 115 pence per share. Prior to the sale, Agnew had been the seventh-largest shareholder in the company, with a 3.6% holding. The stock closed up 3.4% at 121.00p Monday.

Brammer said Director of Business Integration Nigel Trend, and a person connected to him, bought 2,449 shares in the company at 328 pence each on Friday. Following the transaction, Trend and the person connected to him hold 123,816 shares in the company. Shares in the industrial equipment company closed up 0.2% at 325.75p Monday.

Brewer SABMiller said Deputy Chairman Guy Elliott bought 219 shares at a price of GBP33.4863 per share and 895 shares at a price of GBP33.564696 on Friday. His total shareholding was undisclosed. The stock closed up 1,4% at 3,411.32 pence Monday.
