DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: IGas CFO Buys Shares After Swing To Loss

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday and late on Thursday.

Onshore gas explorer IGas Energy said Chief Financial Officer Julian Tedder has bought his first shares in the company, having taken up the role at the end of September.

IGas said it was informed about the transaction on Friday but did not specify when the transaction took place. Tedder bought 140,000 shares at 17.4 pence per share.

Tedder joined IGas in late September, having worked in a senior management role at British Gas-owner Centrica PLC in the past and from his role as the general manager of finance at Tullow Oil PLC, the mid-cap oil and gas company.

On Wednesday, IGas said it swung to a substantial pretax loss in the first half due to plunging revenue and goodwill charges it booked as a result of lower oil prices.

Shares in IGas closed up 12% to 19.40p on Friday.

Mining royalties company Anglo Pacific Group said its management team acquired shares in the business on Thursday.

Anglo Pacific said Chief Executive Julian Treger bought 20,000 shares at 63.50 pence per share, raising his total holding to 5.4 million shares, or 3.2% of the company. Chief Financial Officer Kevin Flynn bought 7,500 shares at 65.00p per share, taking his holding to 17,418 shares. And Carolyn Blyth, the wife of Chairman Michael Blyth, bought 10,000 shares, also at 65.00p. Blyth's total beneficial holding is now 104,822 shares.

The shares were bought the same day the company said its royalty income rose in the third quarter despite the pressure on commodities markets. Anglo Pacific shares closed flat at 64.75p on Friday.

Engineer Rolls-Royce Holdings said Senior Independent Director Lewis Booth bought shares in the company on Wednesday. Booth bought 20,000 shares at 613.00 pence per share, raising his total holding to 60,000 shares. The share purchase took place the same day that Kevin Smith, a non-executive director who has just joined the jet engine maker, bought his first shares in the company. Shares in Rolls-Royce were up 0.5% to 604.43p on Friday.

Outsourcer G4S said Chief Executive Ashley Almanza has bought shares in the company. Almanza bought 50,000 G4S shares on Friday at 223.30 pence per share, taking his total holding to 150,000 shares. Shares in G4S closed up 0.7% to 223.40p.

Energy efficiency products company Entu (UK) said Non-Executive Chairman David Forbes bought his first shares in the company on Thursday. Forbes bought 10,000 shares at 60.50 pence per share, plus another 40,000 at 60.75p. Shares in Entu closed down 1.3% to 59.20p on Friday.

Aurora Investment Trust said Chairman Howard Flight bought shares in the company on Monday. Flight bought 13,000 shares at 155.00 pence per share, raising his total holding to 43,000 shares. Shares in Aurora were untraded on Friday, having last traded at 152.00p.

Starcom said Chief Executive Officer Avi Hartmann sold 900,000 shares at a price of 2.5 pence each. Following this sale Hartmann has an interest in 17.6 million shares, or an 18.04% stake. Shares in Starcom closed down 5.5% at 2.60p Friday.

Devro said Business Director Michal Stocek sold 70,000 shares in the company at 287.5 pence each on Friday. Following this, Stocek holds 122,098 shares representing 0.073% of Devro's issued share capital. Shares in Devro closed down 0.9% at 286.50p Friday.
