LONDON (Alliance News) - Styles & Wood Group PLC said Non-Executive Director Robert Hough sold 5,000 shares at 395 pence per share on Friday.
Following the disposal, Hough now has a beneficial interest in 6,959 shares.
The stock was up 0.3% at 393.75p Friday.
