LONDON (Alliance News) - Stadium Group PLC said Non-Executive Director Christopher Gill bought 10,000 shares at 80 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Gill now holds 77,267 shares, equal to a 0.21% stake.
Stadium Group on Thursday said it will not grow as much as expected during the current financial year after losing a "significant customer" as the supplier of wireless services warned its full year results will be fail to meet current expectations.
The stock was down 4.3% at 78.50p Friday.
