DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Seplat Petroleum Non-Execs In Separate Share Deals

LONDON (Alliance News) - Seplat Petroleum Development Co PLC said Friday two non-executive directors undertook transactions on Monday.

Michael Alexander bought 10,000 shares to take his holding to 111,238, or a 0.019% stake. Charkes Okeahalam sold down his stake to 0.0% by reducing his holding to 495,238 shares from 597,238 previously.

Shares in Seplat closed 0.1% higher at 148.59 pence on Friday.
