LONDON (Alliance News) - Satellite Solutions Worldwide Group PLC said Chief Executive Officer Andrew Walwyn and Chief Technical Officer Simon Clifton sold shares in the company at a price of 8.5 pence per share on Thursday.
Walwyn sold 5.0 million shares for GBP425,000 in total, while Clifton sold 6.0 million shares for GBP510,000.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Walwyn or Clifton now hold in total.
Shares in the telecommunications company closed up 4.2% at 8.49 pence on Thursday.
