LONDON (Alliance News) - Finance provider S&U PLC said on Friday both Chairman Anthony Coombs and Deputy Chairman Graham Coombs bought shares in the company on Thursday.
Anthony Coombs bought 500 S&U shares at 2,247.00 pence per share, taking his total beneficial interest in the company to 11.2%. Graham Coombs bought the same number of shares at the same price, bringing his total stake to 13.2%.
In addition, Grevayne Properties Ltd, a company beneficially controlled by Anthony Coombs and Graham Coombs, holds 298,048 shares, representing 2.5% stake.
Shares in S&U were up 1.5% on Friday at 2,280.00p per share.
