Robert Walters PLC - Chief Executive Officer Robert Walters sells 425,000 shares at 660 pence, worth GBP2.8 million, on Tuesday. Walters retains 2.2 million shares, a 2.9% stake. Additionally, Chief Financial Officer Alan Bannatyne exercises options for 190,000 shares at 211p and sells all of them at 660p, worth GBP1.3 million. His holding remains unchanged at 699,283 shares.

Croda International PLC - Yorkshire, England-based chemicals maker - Non-Executive Director Keith Layden and Julie Layden sell 19,975 shares in total at GBP86.10, worth GBP1.7 million, on Wednesday.

Smiths Group PLC - London-based engineer - CEO Paul Keel buys 25,000 shares at GBP14.15, worth GBP353,750, on Wednesday. Keel joined the company back in May. Smiths Group on Monday said it has agreed to sell its Smiths Medical unit to private equity firm TA Associates LLP for an enterprise value of USD2.3 billion, promising a "significant return of capital to shareholders" as a result.

Indivior PLC - Richmond, Virginia-based pharmaceuticals - Scopia Capital Management LP and Scopia Management Inc sell 184,219 shares at GBP1.63, worth GBP299,687, on Monday. Jerome Lande, a Scopia partner, represents Indivior's largest shareholder as a non-executive director. At the time of Lande's appointment to the Indivior board back in March, Scopia had a 16.9% stake. Indivior didn't provide an update on Scopia's shareholding following the sale, but 184,219 shares is about an 0.3% stake.

Smith & Nephew PLC - Watford, Hertfordshire-based medical devices - Chief Quality & Regulatory Affairs Officer Melissa Guerdan sells 9,274 shares at GBP14.31, worth GBP132,688, on Tuesday. The sale was her entire holding.

NWF Group PLC - Nantwich, England-based agricultural feed, food and fuel distributor - Julie Andrew, an associate of Company Secretary Rob Andrew, sells 10,000 shares at 218p, worth GBP21,800, on Tuesday. NWF on Tuesday reported a 10% decline in pretax profit in the financial year that ended in May to GBP10.8 million as revenue slipped by 1.7% to GBP675.6 million.

Premier Miton Group PLC - London-based asset manager - Non-Executive Director Sarah Walton buys 10,000 shares at 181.05p, worth GBP18,105, on Tuesday.
