LONDON (Alliance News) - Renew Holdings PLC said Chief Executive Officer Brian May and Finance Director John Samuel each exercised options over 57,140 shares in Renew on Monday.
Both men subsequently sold the shares at an average price of 197.6281 pence per share.
Following the deal, May continues to hold 844,193 shares in the company, while Samuel continues to hold 240,548 shares.
Renew Holdings shares were up 4.1% to 205.00 pence Monday.
