LONDON (Alliance News) - RedstoneConnect PLC said Chief Executive Officer Mark Braund bought 275,000 shares at an average price of 1.8459 pence per share Tuesday.
Following the transaction, Braund has a beneficial interest in 14.5 million shares representing approximately 0.9% of the issued share capital.
The stock closed down 5.6% at 1.77p Tuesday.
